FirstNotes Choir
This non-auditioned group is for anyone in grades 3-12. It focuses on building vocal skills, developing vocal tone, and learning to sing harmony parts. They will perform at our spring concert on May 3.
Rehearsals run from March 19-May 3 at Sherwood Middle School.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:30
Cost is $165
Youth Performance Company
This auditioned group is for advanced singers in grades 5-12. It incorporates musical theatre in addition to traditional choral skills and gives opportunities for solos and small groups. They will perform at our spring concert on May 3rd.
Rehearsals run from March 19-May 3 at Sherwood Middle School.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:40-5:50
Cost is $195
To audition, please submit a one-minute vocal audition video (singing a solo of your choice)
Please email (or email a link to) vocal audition videos to choir@vpafoundation.org by Monday, March 11th at 11:59 pm.
Callbacks will be held at Sherwood Middle School on Thursday. Nov. 2 from 3:45-4:45
Returning members do not need to re-audition, but should come to callbacks.
YPC members are encouraged (but not obligated) to participate in FirstNotes Choir at no additional cost, either as a singer, peer mentor, or teacher's assistant.

Join us every Thursday evening March 7th-April 25th from 7:30pm to 9:00pm at the Marjorie Stewart Senior Center. Adults 18+ can join by simply filling out the Google Doc found here!
We will perform with the youth choirs at the Spring Concert on Friday May 3rd at 7:30 pm (more information to come).
No audition required. Prior choral experience helpful.
